He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude W. Rowe and Arthur J. Rowe; and his wife Doris Seufert Rowe. He is survived by: his brother John; his children, Chris Rowe Taitt and William A. Rowe; his grandchildren, Catherine E. Rowe, Sean Kirkpatrick, James A. Rowe of Bryanna Gulotta, M. D and John P. Rowe (Emily Welebob Rowe); and his great grandchild Adelaide Rowe Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The military honors was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory (88 Lucy Ave, Hershey, PA 17033). Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Episcopal Church (310 Elm Ave, Hershey, PA 17033).
