It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William G. McDowell of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert G. McDowell and Nina McDowell (Kennedy); his son Jack E. McDowell; and his brothers, Q. Harvey McDowell and Edwin.

He is survived by: his wife Elinor McDowell (Minor); his daughter Ginger Wilson (Christian) of Mars, PA; his daughter-in-law Gloria McDowell of Buenos Aires, Argentina.; and his grandchildren, Jack, Thomas, Michael McDowell, Victoria, Olivia and William Wilson.
