She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Lichok and Amelia Lichok (Truskan); and her siblings, Martha Natwick, Alice Lichock, Daniel and Stephen Lichok.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Vincent Ricciutti; and her sons, Gerry Ricciutti (Sue) of Canfield, OH, Mark Ricciutti of Hermitage and Steven Ricciutti of Fredericksburg, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
