She was predeceased by: her parents, George Locke Geiwitz and Neva Alberts Geiwitz (Tanner); her spouse Russell A. Lehman; and her siblings, Leon (Lois), Don, Edward, Harvey Geiwitz, Neva (Grant Montgomery) and Alice (Clair Shiderly).
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Ann Lehman (James P. Warrender) of Hermitage, Russell Edward Lehman (Pamela Lehman) and Arthur Lynn Lehman; her grandchildren, Jeremy Alan Poff (Nicole), Christina Lee and Apollo Lehman; and her sisters-in-law, Martha, Norma and Diana.
