He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Aurelius Petrick and Anna Petrick; and his siblings, Eugene Petrick, Irene Mankovich Ernest (Petrick), Nicholas Petrick and Magdalene DeZubay (Petrick).
He is survived by: his wife Monica Martyak Petrick; his children, Thomas (Cathi) of Guilford, CT, Anthony (Mary) of Danville, PA, Anna Rego (Michael) of Amherst, NH, Nicholas (Nai-Yu Wang) of Silver Spring, MD, Monica Walls of Hermitage, PA and Gabriella of Stavanger, Norway; his grandchildren, Katie (Pilch), Stephen, Jack, William Petrick, Grace, Anthony, Nicholas, Luke Petrick, Emily (Brauneis), Michael, Mary Rego, Thomas Petrick, Monica and Benjamin Walls; and his great grandchild Navy Pilch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
