It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lesko (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 20, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Lesko to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lesko and Barbara Lesko. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Lesko; his children, Roxanne Clark (Robert) of New Castle, PA and George Lesko (Amy); and his grandchildren, Doreen, Courtney, Kelly, Kristen, Ava Clark, McKenzie, Carley, Ayden Lesko, Andrew, Luke and Jonah Derlink. He is also survived by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Tom's name to St. Michael Byzantine Church in Hermitage, PA.
