He is survived by: his children, T. Matthew Blaschak (Cindy) of Greenville, PA, Nadine Blaschak-Brown (Kevin) of Vallejo, CA, Natalie Walker (Phillip) of Greer, SC and Nancy Blaschak of Greensboro, NC.; his grandchildren, Allyson Barr (Dan), Tyler Blaschak (Tara), Garrett Blaschak (Samantha), Kyra, Colin Brown, Sophia and Photini Walker; his great grandchildren, Maggie and Bruer; and his sister Pani Eleanor Herbert. He is also survived by children, their children's families, and many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Fr. Tom's name to Camp Nazareth, 339 Pew Road, Mercer, PA 16137 and Christ the Savior Cathedral, 300 Garfield Street, Johnstown, PA 15906.
