She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Padenich; and her son Robert Padenich. She is survived by: her sons, Michael "Gary" Padenich (Judy) of Sharpsville and Ronald Padenich of Hermitage. She is also survived by four grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A generous person, she was honored to regularly give to the Arbor Day Foundation as well as the Easterseals.
