He is survived by: his wife Sue Chuba; his children, Karen Lysohir of Monroeville, Richard Lysohir of Salmon, ID and Thomas Lysohir of Hollidaysburg; his grandson Steven Lysohir (Patricia) of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Anya Lysohir and Nia Lysohir; his sisters, Helen Fairman of Raleigh, NC and Dorothy Elberty (Thomas); his siblings-in-law, Helen Kachaylo of Brookfield, Andrew Chuba of Hermitage, Stephen Chuba (Joan) and Sharpsville; his niece Mary Ann Lavin of Hermitage; and his significant other Anna Mae Theiss of Hermitage.
