He is survived by: his father Earl McPeak; his wife Crystal Mitchell; his children, Edward, Lilliana, Noah and Liam McPeak; his parents-in-law, David and Linda Mitchell; his siblings, Kelly Hoover (Andy) of Brookfield, OH, Candice Tustin of Waynesburg, PA and John Cogswell (Erika); and his nieces and nephews, Tori Hulings, Katelyn, Kaylie, Logan and Leah Cogswell.
