We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2022, at the age of 86, Sarah K. Patterson-Hazen (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in Youngstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lee Snyder (Hill) and Ed Snyder; her husband Evan; her daughter Autumn Buxton; and her brothers, Forest Snyder, Lee Simpson and Robert Simpson.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Tiffany Fell and Lacie Buxton. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
