She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Hoffman (Uber) and Harold F. Hoffman; and her husband Roy T. Stewart. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Leslie Korns (Michael) of Lower Burrell; her siblings, Deborah Giroski of Hermitage and Frederick J. Hoffman (Adriann Rotunno) of Hermitage; her niece Melissa Keen (Doug) of Sharon; and her nephew Richard Hoffman (Lynda) of Pittsburgh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the church in Sandy's name.
