She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Slovick and Marie Slovick (Cassidy); and her daughter Catherine "Kay" Kutchman. She is survived by: her sons, Robert A. of Hermitage and James M. Kutchman of Hermitage; and her siblings, Kathy Swasing (Terry) of Coalport, PA and John Slovick (Rose) of Royal Oak.
