He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Robert, Vera Lartz, Edward and Filomena Zaremba. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas J. Zaremba of Brookfield, Ohio and Susan Zaremba (Lartz) of Hermitage; his brother Thomas J. Zaremba, Jr.; and his half-sister Stacey Ludwig of Hermitage. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
