He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Humphrey and Margaret Jane Humphrey Johnson (Marsteller); his stepfather Robert Johnson; his brother Mark Johnson; and his brother-in-law James Holl.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Humphrey of Italy, Kenneth Humphrey (Crystal) of Painesville, OH, Matthew Humphrey of Greenville and Nathaniel Humphrey of Hermitage; his sisters, Sandra Holl of Hermitage and Kathy Thomas (Glen) of Mercer; and his nieces and nephews, Margie Darbey (Brian) of Vienna, OH, Jimmy Holl (Hannah) of New Castle, Glen Thomas (Nikki) of Pulaski and Kristina McHale (Justin) of West Middlesex.
