He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Arner and Viviane Seelbaugh; his wife Linda Harton (Lunn); his children, Richard Harton, Thomas Harton, Tamra Bessette (Knapp), Shawn Knapp and Tara Himes (Knapp); his former spouses, Kim Somora (Knapp) and Robert Knapp Jr.; and his siblings, Beryl Ivell, Brenda Sereday, James Randolph, Lynn Walheim and Carl Walheim. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
