He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lutkemeier and Rae Lutkemeier (Weathers); his stepson Michael David Smargiasso; his siblings, Carl Lutkemeier, Henrietta Clark and Evangeline Lutkemeier; and the mother of his children Elizabeth Ann Lutkemeier (Miller).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lutkemeier (Reichard); his children, David M. Lutkemeier (Kathleen) of Vero Beach, FL, Richard C. Lutkemeier of Vero Beach, FL, Debra A. Baron of Vermilion, OH, Susan G. Cable (Jon) of Gilbert, AZ, Patty C. Standen (Todd) of Amherst, OH and Rebecca Jo Lutkemeier of Mercer; and his stepchildren, Brian Smargiasso (Sophie Fry) of Transfer, PA and Lisa McCrea of Greenville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
