Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cheney and Virginia Cheney (Miller); and his son Richard C. Cheney. He is survived by: his spouse Tracey L. Radu; his children, Tyler Cheney and Aurelia Prather (Adam); and his grandchildren, Dakota and Jameson Prather. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Chapel Community Church (4075 Lamor Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148).
