He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Frank; his daughters, Lynne Ann Mayercak (Jim) of Zanesville, OH, Carol Ann Gallagher (Ed) and Hermitage; his grandchildren, Kelly Ann Ignaszewski (Jeremy), Hannah, Hayley, Hayden Gallagher and Lauren Zickar of Jordan Fisher; and his great grandchild Noah James Ignaszewski.
