He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele Paoletta and Anna Mary Paoletta (Cunti); and his siblings, Rose Magnu, Lucy Flood, Marco, Louie, Frankie and Fred Paoletta.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Lanshcak-Pentz (Matthew) of Mineral Ridge, OH and Phillip Paoletta, Jr; his grandson Ryan Pentz; his siblings, Angeline Triggiani and Anthony Paoletta; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Paoletta and Betty Paoletta.
