She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lapcevich and Mary Lapcevich (Galicic); her daughter Paula J. Ruth; her grandson Kevin Ruth; her siblings, Frances Gaydich, Paul Lapcevich Jr., John Lapcevich and Frank Lapcevich; and her daughter-in-law Susan Margaret Timko.
She is survived by: her sons, Alfred S. Ruth Jr. of Hermitage, Ronald A. Ruth (Robyn) of Hermitage, Daniel L. Ruth (Deanna) of Oklahoma City, OK and Robert M. Ruth of Lakewood, OH; her grandchildren, Olivia Ruth MD and Josiah Ruth; and her great grandchild Victor Ruth. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
