He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo William Butler, II and Nancy Butler (Midcap). He is survived by: his wife Susan Ackley (Sue); his son Paul B. Butler; his siblings, Kathleen Livingston, Beverly Liddell (David) of Lynnwood, WA and Leo William Butler, III of Little Chute, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Ackley (Joanne), Helen Fleming (John) of Taylorstown, PA and Jackie Terrell (Tom).
