She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hoyney and Jennie Hoyney (Napierkoski); her husband Donald E. Voytik; her sisters, Ruth Gartner and Norma Ferringer; her niece Wendi Sue; and her brothers-in-law, Howard Ferringer and John Voytik.

She is survived by: her children, Mark J. Voytik (Lori), Brian J. Voytik (Stephanie), Dr. Gary J. Voytik (Brenda) of Cleveland, TN and Jennifer Susan Voytik of Sharon, PA; her daughter-in-law Hallie Fridley Voytik; her grandchildren, Dr. Malia Voytik, Matthew Voytik, Ashton Voytik, Brock Voyik, Lane Voytik, Cole Voytik, Marissa Cruz (Ruly), Chad Voytik (Amanda) and Mariah Gibson (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Zoe and Ella Brooks; her sister Susan Bostocky (Jerry) of Canfield, OH; her siblings-in-law, Joe Voytik (Eleanor) of Fisher, IN and Shirley Cerbus; and her brother Indian Creek Resort.
