She was predeceased by: her parents, George, Sr. Hazuda and Bertha Hazuda (Medinci); and her siblings, John Hazuda, George Hazuda, Jr., Mary Opreskoe and Anna Thear.
She is survived by: her husband Protopresbyter Michael; her children, Valerie J. Dick (William) of Annapolis, MD, Justine MacNeil of Ellicott City, MD and Michael D. Polanichka (Brenda) of Simi Valley, CA.; her grandchildren, Kaela Merkle (Richard), Jason Micucci (Courtney), Cameron MacNeil, Brianna Dick, Jordan Zdinak (Paul) and Taylor Polanichka; and her great grandchildren, Aidan, Eileen Micucci, Jennifer and Claire Merkle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
