She was predeceased by: her parents, William Adler and Blanche Adler (Slayton). She is survived by: her husband John H. Takash; her brothers, Richard Adler (Shirley) of Utah and William Adler (Patricia) of Hermitage, PA; and her brother-in-law George Takash (Patricia) of Hermitage, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
