She is survived by: her brother Ralph Shingledecker (Paula) of Hermitage; her children, Jacqueline Klingler of Greenville, Andrea Hogue of Sharon, Carla Pokrivnak of Hermitage, Steven Kubyako of Sharon, Dennis Kubyako of Sharon and Edward Kubyako of Sharon; her grandchildren, William, Shavanna, Derrick Hogue, Dylan, Wyatt, Noah Kubyako, Julia and Milan Pokrivnak; her great grandchild Phoebe Pokrivnak; and her nieces and nephews, Norene Shingledecker, Bethann Bickle, Brenda Marie, Ralph Shingledecker Jr. and Brian Foster.
