She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna J. Knapik (Vogt) and John J. Knapik; her husband Sam Kudelko Sr.; her siblings, Pauline Kalman, Mary Pitonyak, Anne Choppa, Helen Rusbacky, Margaret Lawrence, Joseph and John Knapik; and her daughter-in-law Angela Kudelko.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Jr. Kudelko (Sharon) of Transfer, PA, Marcia Ann Hunter (William) of Brookfield, OH and Michael Kudelko (Deborah) of Greenville, PA.; her grandchildren, Megan Pisarcik (Michael), Alyson Hardman (Michael Greene), Alexis Santell (Robert), Kristen Piccirilli, Ryan Kudelko (Samantha), Molly Campbell (Brian) and Michael Kudelko Jr.; her great grandchildren, Madeline and Michael Pisarcik; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Andrew, Aiden Hardman, Lillian, Owen, Olivia Santell, Milana Piccirilli, Emersyn Mae Kudelko, Elliot, Benjamin and Sullivan Campbell.
