He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Barker and Katherine "Kay" Barker (Talowsky). He is survived by: his wife Debra Barker (Tice); his daughters, Cassidy Suhoney (Corey) of West Sunbury, PA, Alyssa Barker (Tod Phillips), Cortney Cimoric (Thomas) and Nicole Stone (Brad); and his sister Mary Fiscus (John). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
