She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen M. Zawodniak (Ostrowski) and Walter C. Zawodniak; her husband Robert Lee Murphy Sr.; and her brothers, Leonard and Jack Zawodniak.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene E. Murphy of Houston, Texas and Robert Lee Murphy Jr. of Pulaski; and her brother Raymond Zawodniak (Carol) of Illinois.
