It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Brown (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Phillips Sr. and Martha Bruce Phillips. She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Jones of Meadville, PA, Margie Wilson of Philadelphia, PA, Walter Phillips of Pittsburgh, PA and Charles Phillips (Francine) of Cranberry, PA; and her daughter Barbara Rucker of Farrell, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
