She is survived by: her husband Norbert Franklin; her children, Norann Bianco (Gene), Mark Franklin (Cristi) of Chicago, IL and Thomas Franklin of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Matthew, Noah Bianco, Lauren, Zach Franklin, Brittany Stegall (Alec), Brian and Brindley Franklin; and her great grandchild Weston Stegall.
