She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter "Bob" Lark and Ethel Lark (Buxton); her husband Tom Mikulin; her stepfather Doug Garrett; her sister-in-law Rose Lark; and her nephew James David Lark.
She is survived by: her friend Edie Davison; her sons, Tom Mikulin (Renee) of New Wilmington and Kevin Mikulin (Denise) of New Wilmington; her grandchildren, Lorenzo, Lonzo, Dajunonna, Zachary and Tyler Mikulin; her great grandchild Kairo Mikulin; and her siblings, Judy Memo of Mount Jackson and James Lark of Hermitage. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and 10 great-nieces.
