He is survived by: his sister Wilda Smith; his children, Phillip Heasley, Susan, Mark Formichella, Peter and Melinda Heasley (Leonardtown, MD); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Stephen Formichella, Sarah and Rebecca Heasley.
