She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson Ellis and Jennie Marie Nevin Ellis; her husband William Lincoln Locke; and her siblings, David G. Ellis, Anna Mary Giffin, Marjorie Mudrey, Wilda Monteson and Barbara Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Linda A. (Larry D. Kerins), Lucinda J. (Charles R. Wallace), William J. Locke (Carole) and David E. Locke (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Bruce D. Kerins, Jason D. Kerins, Jeffrey A. Locke, Jon J. Locke, Nicholas D. Locke, Jenny M. Miller, Heather R. Wallace, Stephanie M. Carlson and Madeline G. Locke. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
