Slack (Lee Anne) of Gibsonia, PA, Keith E. Slack of Crownsville, MD, Kirk J. Slack of Portland, OR and Lamont L. Slack III of Sharon; his grandson Jared Lamont Slack; and his brother Carl E. Slack (Janice) of Newtown.
