She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Burns (Shirk) of Mercer and David Miller of Raleigh, NC.; her children, Aylin Shirk, Sariah Lewis and Dean Lewis; her siblings, Marina Burns and Roger Burns of Mercer; her grandparents, Jerry, Margaret Fairchild (Peggy) of Sharpsville, Leland Shirk (Sophie) of Sharpsville and Sherry Hartman of Sharpsville; her parents-in-law, Richard and Sheri Urey of Hermitage; her aunt Connie Muniak (Uncle Mike); her cousin Gabi; her uncles, Ronald David Bell, Jr. and Jerry Thomas Fairchild; her brother Carl; her sister-in-law Taylor Lewis; her nieces and nephews, Ryan and Gracelyn; and her pet Yondu. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
