She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Robert and Kathryn L. Bristol (Davenport); and her brother-in-law Peter Fuchs. She is survived by: her daughter Colleen Lentz (Chris Hollabaugh); her grandchildren, Mikel Herbert (Jessica), Stephen Herbert and Gina Lentz; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Hufschmidt, Hanna and Hailey Herbert.
