It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen E. Scott of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine and Harry; her brother Donald; and her grandparents, Emma and Harry.
She is survived by: her sons, Chad Scott (Lori) and Michael Scott (Heidi); her grandchildren, Madison, Benjamin, Adam and Katherine Scott; her brother Scott Kistler (Bill Brown); her sister-in-law Margaret Janusey (Tom); her husband Dr. Albert J. Scott; her daughters-in-law, Lori and Heidi; her grandson Ben; her brothers-in-law, Bill and Tom; and also Lucy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the John Flynn Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. (2630 E State St, Hermitage, PA 16148). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Notre Dame (2325 Highland Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Rose Cemetery (1035 Dutch Ln, Hermitage, PA 16148).
