With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie K Chupak (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), born in Pulaski, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Trefun and Magdalena Chupak (Zubal); and her siblings, Mary Rawe, Lillian Hurchanik, Rose Wasson, Anne Kudelko, John, Bill, Frank, Joe, George and Harry Chupak.
She is survived by: her sisters, Esther Chupak and Sophia Blanar of Hartville, OH.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and her three Godchildren.
