She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Banjak and Susan Banjak (Parkany). She is survived by: her brother Stephen; her sister-in-law Sasha; her niece Stephanie Banjak of Farrell, PA; her nephews, Alexej Banjak of Slippery Rock, PA and Marc Banjak (Molly) of Raleigh, NC; and her great-nieces, Quinn and Kennedy.
