It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Richter (Hermitage, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 10, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Richter and Rosalia Richter (Hermann); and his brothers, Carl of Toronto and Rudy of Chicago. He is survived by: his wife Maria Richter; his son Robert J. Richter of Columbus, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Rosie Richter of Wisconsin and Elizabeth Richter of Toronto.
