He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Disko and Agnes Disko (Malgieri). He is survived by: his wife Carol Disko (Bednar); his daughters, Jody Weaver-Ahern (Jody) of Grove City and Carrie Weaver-Logo (Corey) of Greenville; his siblings, Janet Compton of Hermitage and James Disko (Diana) of Hermitage; and his grandchildren, Devynn, Ryan and Dylan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
