Augustine, Jr. of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; his grandchildren, Jessica Augustine, Joey Augustine, Carla Lee (Quentin) and Jennifer Blum (Robert); his great grandchildren, Liliah, Quentin, Jr., Gianna and Jaxson; his siblings, Joan Zonno, Theresa Chessario (Joseph) and Charles Augustine (Nancy) of Erie; and also Helen Augustine of Sharon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
