He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Melhorn and Aldah Melhorn; and his brother Lynn Melhorn. He is survived by: his wife Debra Melhorn (Patterson); and his children, Nicole Loeblein (Jason), Jonathan Melhorn (Debbie), Matthew Melhorn and Nathan Melhorn.
