He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Takash and Alda Takash (Jones); and his wife Nanci Adler. He is survived by: his brother George A. Takash (Patricia) of Hermitage, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Central Christian Church Community Breakfast Fund.
