He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Havrilla (Kisegy) and Francis Havrilla. He is survived by: his wife Judy Havrilla (Olshavsky); his son John-Michael Havrilla (Cassie) of Northfield Center, OH; his siblings, Kathleen Devenney of Hermitage and Robert Havrilla (Pattie) of Newark, NY; and his granddaughters, Sophia and Michaela Havrilla. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
