He was predeceased by: his parents, Sante P. "Banny" Costar and Rose Costar (Carine); and his brother-in-law Gene Bianco, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diana "Deenie" Costar (Chiccarino); his daughter Tamra Costar; his granddaughters, Iris, Kyra Costar and Sabella Costar; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Bianco, Sharon, Linda Metts (Thomas) of Boardman, OH and Terri Lengyel (Fran). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
