He is survived by : his parents, Ralph Hoffman and Sheri Hoffman (Rossi); his wife Cassandra Hoffman (Colich); his sons, Mason, Easton and Gavyn; his parents-in-law, David, Dawn Colich and Farrell; and his siblings, Christopher (Jerico), Dustin (Megan), Marcus Hoffman, Garret, Landon, Slade Hoffman, Natasha Holmes (Bruce) and Candice Delgros. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle F. H. & Crematory, Inc. - Sharon (1090 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
