She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Gantz (Tharp) and Guy E. Gantz; her husband Donald M. Tarr; her sons, Gerald and Donald Tarr; and her siblings, Leslie Patterson, Arlene Cull and John Roche.

She is survived by: her son Gregory A. Tarr (Laura) of Sharpsville; and her grandchildren, Carmella Carlson, Adam Tarr, Allison Tarr, Donald K. Tarr Jr. and Andrew Tarr. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
