It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Fazzone of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, born in Willoughby, Ohio, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Joseph Valentino. He is survived by: his parents, John "Jack" Fazzone and Sharon Fazzone (Bayens) of Mentor, OH; his wife Traci Valentino; his son Joey Fazzone; his brothers, Scott Fazzone (Kris Dargai) of Avon Lake, OH and Tony Fazzone (Ethan Jurrus) of Mentor, OH; his mother-in-law Stephanie Valentino; his sister-in-law Lisa Newmeyer (Ed); his nieces and nephews, Allie Newmeyer, Megan Geisel (Billy), Kara Fazzone, Gary Newmeyer and Dominic Fazzone; and his great-nephews, Will and Byron Geisel.
